Under “Bill payer email”; please fill in what email is to be used to send payment information to.

It is Parent/Carer 1 that will be used as default for all communication from MYFC. If you need to change this information at a later stage, email treasurer@myfc.me.uk or talk to the team manager/coach who will be able to help.

Parent/Carer 2 is necessary information for us as this can be our alternative contact person IF Parent/Carer 1 is not available for any reason. Parent/Carer 2 can also be used as an emergency contact for sole carers.
